black caviar in a spoon

Caviar is safe for dogs

Caviar and fish roe (or eggs) are safe to feed to your dog but should only be fed in moderation. You do need to be cautious with caviar since it is very high in salt. Ingesting large quantities of salt can lead to dehydration and more serious medical issues.
